SUSENAS Enumeration On March 2024

The National Socio-Economic Survey (SUSENAS) is a household survey regarding various socio-economic characteristics of the population, especially those that are closely related to measuring the level of community welfare. The Susenas material, which is more detailed/targeted in nature, is collected every year in March with the types asked about are consumption, expenditure and income. Some of the strategic indicators produced by Susenas are data related to education, health, housing, community consumption levels and poverty levels.

Before carrying out field data collection, SUSENAS officers were provided with material including the concept of definitions and procedures for enumeration and monitoring, so that it was hoped that they could produce quality data. SUSENAS was carried out by 38 PCLs and 19 PMLs with a total sample of 620 samples. Each PML is tasked with supervising 2 PCLs, where each PCL works on 1 to 2 Census Blocks.
